1889 First company to import and sell Pneumatic Cycle tyres. New showroom on Anna Salai(Chennai) opened
1914 Sales & servicing of cars
1942 Acquired by Amalgamations – sales and service of imported cars, agriculture sprayers& dusters, steel cabinets, Furniture etc.

Addison’s product range of 50,000 tools includes Twist Drills, Reamers, Cutters, End mills and Taps.The implementation of ISS, BSS, ANSI, DIN and JIS standards thru research and development,State-of-the-art machinery and rigorous inspection procedures, meticulous storage and dispatch systems has ensured the company’s world standing. U.S.A., Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Japanare countries which account for 70% of Addison’s exports, making the largest exporter of cutting tools from India.

Vigil Mechanism

APPLICABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE

This Policy is called “Vigil mechanism (“Policy”) and will be applicable to the Company from the date of constitution/reconstitution of the Audit Committee under the Companies Act 2013 or 1st April 2014, whichever is later.
